Amount

Chapter 20-1000 of The Philadelphia Code limits campaign contributions to candidates or potential candidates for each City elective office, and to campaign committees for such candidates or potential candidates. The contribution limits for Mayor are $2,500 per person per calendar year, and $10,000 per calendar year for an entity other than a person (such as an unincorporated business, a partnership or a political action committee). State law prohibits any corporate contributions.
